@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have, two phones on multiple browsers and a laptop. It lets me get to the bit about being the bill payer then I get the technical error screen

Seems there’s a week wait for a reply to every email from @Cosatto_Tweets about an unsafe pram. Shame the 4 year guarantee doesn’t cover its awful design.

@virginmedia I thought that CISAS was the 3rd party? The adjudicator has said that as it’s data protection they can uphold it as they don’t deal with anything data protection.
@toee Hi Antonia, the email received would be advising you can go to a 3rd party adjudicator as we've had your complaint for 8 weeks, we would still deal with this complaint however, you would just need to wait to be contacted. ^AR
@virginmedia Hello, I received an email stating I needed to contract an independent company in regards to a complaint, I have just gone to the website provided and it states it can’t be used for data protection issues. Just wondering if there is antoher service. Thanks.
@virginmedia In regards to this conversation I have have answer back from CISAS and they agree they can not accept a data protection case, could you please advise on who the third party is for these cases? Thanks
