@timfarron Maybe time for British farmers who provide produce to the supermarkets to feed the frenzy to immediately get new contracts with supermarkets that agree when they decide to discount products or put on promotions that the supermarkets take the hit not the farmers. They need us now!

With 45% of the food that Britain eats coming from overseas, the Government must do two things: 1) Make a statement very, very soon on how it's going to protect those supply lines 2) Back Britain's farmers so they are able to increase production to keep us all well fed
