The ballot referendum to "Designate School Sports Participation & Facilities by Sex" protects the Sex-based Civil Rights of ALL kids: ✅ The act respects Gender Identity while recognizing Biological fact, designating all competitive sports and private spaces in public schools by innate Sex. ✅ Everyone has a Sex, and Sex is not Gender (definitionally, legally, scientifically) ✅ We have the progressive belief that there is no right or wrong way to be a male or female! Dress, feel, present, identify how you want. Sex is big enough for everyone, no matter how you identify. ✅ Nobody is banned. Ever. Everyone plays sports and accesses private spaces, simply designated by Sex.

Wonderfully clear ruling- that anyone is entitled to hold privately transphobic views, but to repeatedly misgender someone on the basis of those views is 'gratuitous, disrespectful and unnecessary', and did not advance the defense. A win for basic manners. 👏🏳️‍⚧️
