Mali 🇲🇱 This is how Malian forces rounded up most of those terrorists who violated their territorial integrity. Feel the joy in their citizens as they celebrate their military. If this was Nigeria, the terrorists would have kidnapped a whole village on their way and would be getting ready to make humiliating videos, to show you how many women and children they have in their camps. Bravo 👏 Mali 🇲🇱 Viva Africa 💪

@WKavengi Traditional media is designed to elevate politicians. When the citizens talk to each other too much, it is a danger to their grip on power and control. They will keep citizens poor, desperate and uniformed to maintain their grip on power

You cannot imagine the intellectual labour – including time, money, emotional drain – wasted on discussing a clearly bad legal proposal, "Protection of Sovereignty Bill", so-called Just bse the drafters have power to turn their bad intentions and nescience into actual law.

The only reason drone warfare isn’t treated like nerve gas or land mines under international law is because it isn’t the West’s sons dying from it. As soon as it’s not Ivans being blown to bits but Johns and Toms the “discussion on the ethics of drone warfare” will become a mainstream talking point.
WarRoom Archives@WarRoomArchives

Drone warfare has reached such a level that many fighters have lost hope of escaping or resisting. For example, the final strike on the barracks is terrifying.

They insist that anything more innovative in Ugandan music can only be accepted by the few rich "cool kids" who aren't enough to sustain the business. But in other countries we admire, the people dare to move the market rather than simply responding to it even though it's harder.
