The total contributions from you for reusable pads for vulnerable rural school girls were 10,922,000/- We are working out arrangements to have them delivered to a school we will select. I had thought of Karamoja, but I understand AfriPads will be donating there soon. Then the Danish embassy cartoon auction funds will get pads for girls in a refugee settlement in Adjumani. So it is my view that these reusable pads go to underprivileged school girls in Busoga. Join me here in identifying that underprivileged DAY secondary school. Suggest with photos of the school. Thank you very much.

This is a publicity stunt rather than a substantive engagement , anyone can engage people at the Hill. If the Uganda government was interested in blocking your travels they would have issued an Interpol red notice. You're free to return home as you have yourself stated publicly and address what ever grievances you have. @SpireJim @kiuvarsity Also those failed to refund Shs. 3.6m to my brother who was convinced from KIU bursary office to pay it as half of the tuition by academic yr 2023/2024 for a bachelor of medicine but with all written documents from district he was not given a vacancy and refused to refund.

Two nephews of mine were admitted to KIU, and they paid fully (15,570,000/-). For some reasons, they changed to another university before they started at KIU. Having failed even to get the partial refund provided for in the University’s policies, they talked to the DVC FA for the option of transferring the fees to two other students who were already at KIU. He accepted and said it was sorted. But it never reflected on the system, and they continued demanding for fees from the two students until they paid not to miss exams. One year later, they haven’t transferred the fees! Dear KIU, no amount of suing is going to clean up your name in the public’s eyes when you continue to act with impunity and meanness like this. Address stakeholders’ concerns.

@SpireJim @kiuvarsity I am also a victim of such in DVC finance. That university is a total mess. I was on a string of losing my father's support because he thought I got money and ate it. That university took me into one of my great stressing moments 😞😞😞

@SpireJim @kiuvarsity Interesting how refund can be a problem. When my son pulled out of DL in University of Leicester because of technical issues and the university failing to assure us that the technical issues would be sorted, they refunded to me 2000 out of the 2800 dollars I'd.....
