So May be it’s not all perfect, the conversation has to be for the purpose of benefitting the young people not personal gain but there is a fine line ..next year teachers have to measure belonging Our young people say belonging is listening, trusting , showing a worker cares, 🤔

You will have to treat police better if you want the best people and to retain them…..their pay, terms and conditions are not good..always under threat from public,, press no rights to breaks, remembering all the law/wording whilst doing 12 hour shifts …they deserve better

He was a student officer on about 12.50….with good work ethic which is difficult to find these days …he made a mistake not against the law I would employ him .

This is absolutely ridiculous do you know how much they get paid ..a good work ethic is positive …they will never recruit enough police officers when they are treated so badly and paid so little …

@GMB we are not for profit we can’t afford to pay for first sick day, it’s part of learning taking a day off you don’t get paid ..there has to be discretion for employers or no one will take a chance on people who need work and don’t have a positive history
