@CourtyardHotels When i first arrived Demetria was the first person who meet me and my partner she greated me with a great Southern customer smile. she told me about the hotel what number to call if i needed help and when the gym was open and what time it closed.

@CourtyardHotels Jade and Andrea made sure I had a room available and were extremely helpful at the Courtyard Dallas/Arlington entertainment district. I had a reservation and had called to say I wouldn’t check in until 7am but was recorded as a no show anyway.

Lying awake at 5am as my hotel room A/C is loudly failing, the water is shut off to the hotel until 6am, and I know construction is about to start at 7am on a lower floor. Thanks for a great night of sleep, @CourtyardHotels.
