Everyone in CRE struggles with CRM. But think about this.. Microsoft is already installing its AI Copilot on personal and business computers. Eventually, it’ll likely be able to access, read through, and pull info from emails, files, calendar events across your computer and network. So when AI can give you a list of your clients that you haven’t emailed or talked to in 60 days.. When it can pull up a list of people you’ve talked to who are interested in buying industrial buildings for you to send the new opportunity to.. When it can pull up a list of LOIs, leases & p&s’s you’ve sent out but haven’t been signed.. When you can ask it questions across all your files and contacts in your file and email systems.. Will you really need a CRM?
