We are delighted to announce that we have been selected by the Department for Education for a new school building. Our 70 year old building has served us well but we are all extremely excited about state of the art facilities to secure Bishop Ullathorne for generations to come.

Year 6 are celebrating the Holy Cross Catholic Mac Advent Service.

KS1 took part in a Mexican Advent tradition called Los Posadas. We went to different classrooms looking for the baby Jesus but there was no room, until we found him with the Angel Gabriel. We prayed together and shared the Christmas story #advent #waiting

Year 5CW have been inspired by our ‘artist of the month’ Michael Torevell 🥰 🎨 ✍🏽

Thank you to Canon Paul & Father Pontius for visiting us in Year 6 today, teaching us about the sacrament of Confirmation, discussing our saints, before we receive Confirmation this evening 🔥🕊️✝️

The GIFT team delivered a wonderful assembly helping us to explore the focus value and virtue for this half term ‘faith-filled and hopeful’. They tasked teachers with nominating children who showcased the values and virtues during the assembly. Well done GIFT Team.

This afternoon Year 2 learnt about the Sacrament of Marriage. We all dressed up and pretended we were going to a wedding! 💍 👰‍♀️

Year 2 had a lovely Remembrance prayer service this morning where we spent time thinking about those we have lost 🙏
