Noteworthy AD hiring in WPIAL. Peters Township expected to hire Mark Elphinstone as new AD tonight. Mark has been longtime AD at Keystone Oaks & is member of WPIAL board of directors. He will take over at Peters for Brian Geyer, who is now associate executive director of WPIAL.

PIAA 5A GIRLS BASKETBALL PLAYOFFS: Two nights ago, Baldwin defeated Indiana, 51-45, in the 2nd round. Lynsey Bernotas scored a game-high 18 points for the Fighting Highlanders. Baldwin will take on South Fayette tomorrow in the Quarterfinals at 3:30 p.m. at Peters Township.
