Helpful? Or unhelpful and lazy? In the past anytime I’ve tried to add an additional service to an existing request it wants me to reschedule so I thought I’d message them to add it. I also wanted them to update the request. I opened it for a loud cracking / popping while turning left to right which I know to be control arms but it auto categorized it as a “noise concern” and had me approve a “customer pay” estimate of $255.

Exactly. #Putin has spoken of recovering "historic" Russian lands. Look at Russian Empire in 18th century. Does he consider Baltic states and Finland historic Russian lands? #Russia probably would not attack #NATO member...but it is risky to underestimate Putin's ambitions.
