@mrwilldouglas @CrossCountryUK This seems to be the norm. We celebrate actually getting seats nowadays. Travelling back from euston they announce don't run when the platform is revealed but its the only way to guarantee my butt gets a seat, gawd help you if you have some kind of disability and want to travel

So poor from @CrossCountryUK. This Train from Sheffield to Bristol oversold and unsafe. No seats. People packed in standing in aisles, toilets and vestibules in between carriages. It cannot be safe to travel like this. Plus the tannoy is inaudible. Stood from Sheffield to Birmingham in packed carriage by broken toilet. 1 working toilet for 3 carriages. No staff on show. One passenger nearly passed out and had to get off. Train now going in reverse back to Brum having been stationary 15 mins in a tunnel. No one has any idea what’s going on because we can’t hear announcements. This train is unsafe.

@anon_opin They book a test and if they unfortunately fail, the theory test (2 yrs) may have ran out before they are able to book another test and they have to take it again. Its a con.

The difficulty of booking a driving test is a national scandal: My son had to get up on a Monday at 6am to be online when new slots were released and was elated to get one in six months' time, 20 miles away, in the middle of his A Level exams. How did the system get SO broken?
