I think Ledian is an already perfect design,but has bad stats
So IMO,the best way to buff Ledian is to give it a“Hero Form”instead of an evolution
It’d work exactly the same as Palafin’s Hero form(big buff)

@ROCKINHOPPER In Generation 1-3, physical and special moves were categorized by type, not individually. This actually benefitted Sceptile and a lot of its coverage moves were of special types.
But in Gen 4, the physical special split made those moves physical and… yeah…

once upon a time a Pokémon's type and the moves it learned were separate matters, and STAB was just a rare bonus that not all Pokémon could enjoy
