Starting an AI ecom agency now is like launching a Facebook ads agency in 2017
but this time there’s no filming, no editors, no ad spend.
You build AI systems that post hundreds of product videos daily using AI UGC.
Clients pay for results — not hours. Each account scales to $15–50K/month in recurring retainers.
RT + comment “AI” and I’ll send the setup.

Claude Code + Google Stitch 2.0 is f*cking cracked 🤯
Google just dropped a free AI design agent that solves Claude Code's biggest weakness: frontend design.
One screenshot of a high-converting landing page → a production-ready site for your brand in minutes.
All inside Google Stitch + Claude Code.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are building advertorial pages and product launch pages for Meta but burning days on designer back-and-forth.
If you're running Meta ads and need 5-10 different landing pages testing different hooks, angles, and offers — each one targeting a different audience and pain point — you know the bottleneck isn't the ads.
It's the pages.
Briefing designers, waiting for revisions, paying $2-5K per page.
Stitch eliminates the design bottleneck:
→ Find a high-converting advertorial that's scaling on Meta
→ Screenshot it and drop it into Stitch (powered by Gemini 3.1)
→ Stitch redesigns it with your brand's colors, fonts, and imagery using Nano Banana 2
→ Edit sections visually — headlines, CTAs, layouts — without touching code
→ Export the code and paste it into Claude Code
→ Claude builds the full production site and deploys to Vercel or Netlify in 60 seconds
No designer.
No $3K per landing page.
No Claude Code frontend that looks like a template from 2019.
What you get:
→ Designer-quality landing pages and advertorials built in minutes, not weeks
→ Visual editing so you actually see the design before you code it
→ Nano Banana 2 generating on-brand product imagery and hero shots
→ A repeatable system — new angle, new page, same pipeline
Built 100% with Google Stitch 2.0 + Claude Code.
I put together a full playbook showing the exact workflow: how to find winning pages, redesign them in Stitch, and deploy with Claude Code.

@nkecom @lukasenECOM bro do you put 150 creatives in a producttest of 100$ daily budget? How do you validate the creatives in that case when each will get very little spend?
English

yes, u might as well on low budget. no need to split into diff ad sets. u can also still analyze which angles are working at ad level so it doesn’t matter. there is no downside, only upside (no fragmentation).
i dont see why u would need a new ad set unless ur current ad set is maxed out with creatives. the max used to be 50, but i have 150 in one rn.

Road to 1M with ecom Day 21
Revenue: $315 (482 AUD)
Ad Spend: $110
ROAS: 2.9
Great day.
Still holding a solid ROAS even after doubling the campaign budget to $100.
Tomorrow I’m launching a new batch of creatives as well to keep feeding the campaign. If this keeps working I want more angles running.
One question though, how often should you bump the budget on a CBO campaign?
At this point I’m convinced Mark just has a giant lever somewhere that says “give this guy sales today.”
Last week it was OFF.
Today he decided to turn it ON.
Either way I’ll take it.
Let’s see if Mr. Zuckerberg keeps the lever up tomorrow.
Cya tomorrow. 📈

no one targets the MOST profitable audience in ecom:
60yo boomers with $2,000,000+ net worths hiding in microsoft bing
ZERO competition
$0.80 cost per click
and nobody's there
here's the new META:
bing's audience is OLD
70% of users are over 60
they use internet explorer
they don't know chrome exists
bing is their default and they never changed it
and these aren't broke boomers
average income of bing users is $87k/mo
they have money
they have problems
and they'll overpay for anything
just make it “doctor approved”
because they're:
- not tech-savvy (don't comparison shop)
- lonely (trust recommendations from ads)
- desperate for solutions (health declining)
- scared of scams (pay premium for "legitimate" brands)
i tested this last year for an arthritis supplement brand
google ads campaign:
- keyword: "arthritis pain relief"
- age: all
- cpc: $6.40
- conversion rate: 1.8%
- roas: 2.1x
bing ads campaign:
- keyword: "arthritis pain relief"
- age: 65+
- cpc: $0.80
- conversion rate: 11.3%
- roas: 8.7x
same offer
different platform
10x cheaper clicks
6x better conversion rate
because bing users aren't comparison shopping
they search once
they click the first result
then they buy
no browsing 6 different sites
no asking their kids for advice
no checking reviews for 3 days
they just want the problem gone
and here's the part that makes it even better:
bing has ZERO competition in most niches
sometimes i'm the ONLY advertiser for certain keywords
"best supplement for elderly sleep"
"knee pain relief for seniors"
"arthritis cream that works"
just me lmao
no one else bidding
$0.60 clicks
no competition
8-12% conversion rates
printing money while everyone else fights on google
the setup is identical to google ads:
same keywords
same campaign structure
just switch the platform to bing
takes 10 minutes to duplicate everything
and the roi is disgusting:
one campaign:
- 13.6x roas
- $3k monthly spend
- $41k monthly revenue
- $120k profit in 3 months
all from bing
platform everyone ignores because "no one uses bing"
yeah no one under 50 uses bing
but everyone over 65 ONLY uses bing
and that demographic literally has:
- the highest trust in advertising
- the most disposable income
- the most health problems
- the least price sensitivity
perfect customer
there’s basically no competition
maybe a single massive brand
but that’s it
and they're not optimizing for seniors specifically
you can come in with:
- copy written for 65+
- products that solve age-related problems
- landing pages with giant fonts and phone numbers
and dominate overnight
so wtf are you waiting for anon
while others cry about meta ad costs
and google’s huge competition
you could be printing on bing for $0.70 clicks
this opportunity won’t last forever though
there’s a very scarce window to make this works
so stop lacking
stop reading this
AND GO PRINT ON THE MICROSOFT GOLDRUSH
- amin
or DM me "BING" if you want me to build your first bing campaign ($10M+ in client results)

Nano Banana + Fastmoss + Manus + Veo3 = AI Content Factory
We built a fully automated system that repurposes, localizes, and launches winning TikTok Shop content across hundreds of creator-style accounts.
It’s so effective it feels like running Facebook ads in 2008.
- CPMs as low as $0.10
- no reliance on paid ads
- no ghost creators
- no wasted samples
- no lost time
My $300/monthly tech stack which replaced $50k+ budget:
- manus for product research and viral script ideas
- cruva / Fastmoss for recently viral content ideas from competitors
- nano banana pro for images
- kling 2.6 for video
- now using my own phone posting network for automated posting
Here’s how it works:
•Each AI Agent spins up a TikTok Shop–ready profile, built to sell my products through shoppable videos.
•Agents are prompted to research the niche, scrape winning TikTok Shop videos, and rebuild them with new hooks, angles, and UGC-style visuals tailored to your brand.
•They create and post daily using my tech stack onto affiliate accounts
No touchpoints. No delays.
Just shoppable videos going live and GMV compounding every week.
Then we use an MPS (Multi-Platform Swarm) approach:
once the concept works on TikTok Shop, we deploy hundreds of AI Agents to flood the niche with variations that all drive back to your Shop and Amazon listing.
I’m giving you access to the full stack — the ai workflow, ready to plug into your TikTok Shop today.
Comment “Workflow” and I’ll send you everything.
(must be connected)
PS – Repost for early access to the full TikTok Shop content factory system.
