Trooper pulls over car that evaded him on a prior day, only to be lead on another chase that ended in a drug bust with the suspect going to the hospital after telling police she consumed baggies of fentanyl to hide them. ​ Connecticut State Police, having identified Electra Chiulli driving a black Subaru Legacy in Norwich, immediately recognized her—she was wanted for a previous, high-stakes police pursuit in Old Saybrook. ​Attempting to prevent another chase, troopers converged on the vehicle at a Route 97 gas station, initiating a "box-in" maneuver.
