@British_Airways HELP PLEASE!! I've been trying to get my issue resolved now since Friday morning about changing a first name and I'm now facing charges of over £550 to cancel and rebook when this issue could've been resolved within 24HOURS of booking the flights!

@British_Airways I'e been trying to deal with a name correction since Friday, its 3 FULL days later and I've still not had any correspondence from you. Your customer service is nothing short of embarrassing!
