These #Reds seats have been in my family for 20+ years. They sat behind my mom’s house for a few years, forgotten but still holding so many memories of Riverfront. I gave them the care they deserved. Feels good to bring a little piece of Cincinnati back to life. ❤️⚾️ #ATOBTTR
@MoEgger I don’t know which one I want… Mo as commissioner and then I’m going to miss listening to his show… or do I miss Mo as commissioner and just sit in silence in the afternoons… Great ideas Mo!

@realEstateTrent Former Marsh grocery site in Muncie Indiana. Anchor space currently vacant. Has small shop space and a family dollar as well. In laws own it and looking to sell. Shoot me a DM.
We’re aggressively looking for strip malls across America, and I each call I do with a broker is incredibly valuable.
During a call yesterday a broker asked what our target price range is, and I said it was $2.5M - $30M, and we buy all-cash.
The broker then lost all enthusiasm, and the call took a weird turn.
As we wrapped up, I reiterated - “anything retail that’s sort of worn down or has vacancy has problems, between $2.5M - $30M, we’d love to look at!”
The broker’s eyes lit up, and they started to laugh.
“Oh my goodness, earlier I thought you said your price range was $2.5M - $3M!!” 🤣
Retail sales or leasing brokers:

He clearly doesn’t have control and crosses the line with his foot out of bounds. They reviewed it. Watch it close. I didn’t see it live. Don’t know how this TD stood:

Gordon Wittenmyer, the beat writer for the Cincinnati Reds for the Cincinnati Enquirer, tweeted precisely 0 times about Hunter Greene throwing a complete game shutout against the Cubs (his favorite team and one he podcasts about) in a must win game.
He probably wrote a story about for Cincinnati dot com tho, right? Wrong AGAIN. Pat Brennan wrote the story!
