How comfortable would you be with buying a 21-24 Chevy/GMC with the 6.2 motor? Wife needs a new vehicle and I really don’t want to buy a brand new one. Reposts appreciated.

The point of a 4 yr college degree is almost as much the connections you make vs what you learn. My phone is filled with high ups and leaders of almost every sector of the ag industry. It wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t gone to k-state.

At 10 feet, employees are expected to notice you, wave, and make eye contact. At 4 feet, they are required to walk up to you and start a “warm conversation.” Target says it’s about being welcoming, but they also admitted sales are down and they are in a race for your dollars this holiday season. A marketing expert said the quiet part out loud. Teaching disgruntled employees how to act nice only guarantees awkward, forced, uncomfortable interactions that feel fake the second they happen. Reporters tested it inside a Target. They smiled, made eye contact, and tried to spark the new policy. Nothing happened. No wave. No greeting. No required conversation. One shopper summed it up perfectly: “If you have to tell someone to be nice, you need new people.” Target wants scripted friendliness. Most shoppers just want to get their stuff and go. Does this policy make Target more welcoming or more uncomfortable?

Ended up 22 bu better where treated. Thought it’d be even more but I’m sure we lost quite a bit of N also. Southern rust was definitely not the only yield limiting factor this year

2025 Fungicide trial results from ISU NE IA Research Farm in Nashua... Average response was 21.1 bu/ac. I know there are customer side by sides out there there were significantly more... and also less. Huge thanks to Ken Pecinovsky for all the effort to do the hybrid x fungicide trial!!

When I built my seed plant, it was supposed to be a side hustle in the summer when farming was slow Funny how things work out

We had 15 nights during grain fill stay above 70 degrees. Rule of thumb has been 1% loss per night. If you had 300 bu to lose at tassel, the overnight temps brought you to 255 by itself.

@CropProCory Only problem I have on nearly every Chevy I’ve had is the gas tank breather filter or whatever they call it. Can’t pump gas without it kicking the pump off. Starts around 75k miles

@CraigKwap Oh they get worked hard for sure. But my point is all the old models had none of these issues.

Over these new style gm trucks. Transmissions (and waiting forever for warranty ones). Lifters (fuel mgmt junk). Old body styles had none of this. For the price tag - we quit buying them new. Not a ford lover but idk 🤷🏼‍♂️
