I emailed and they had an automated reply saying this email inbox wasn’t monitored. Tried calling and couldn’t get through despite it cost £6 a call. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

@EVRi_Delivery you’ve lost one of my parcels already and now a second one has been in your system for 2 weeks with no movement. No phone number gets me to actually speak to one of your representatives and no online help is actually helpful! Could you be in touch to assist please?

@EVRi_Delivery EVRI…my parcel hasn’t moved since November 27th!! Please could you be in contact to try and resolve this issue? I’ve tried your digital assistant which is useless and I’ve tried phoning you with no answer and costing me £6 for the pleasure. Thanks
