Hi @TeamYouTube - a channel I manage is inaccessible due to the Brand Account showing as disabled. All content is still available but I’m unable to access YouTube Studio. Automated emails say the account is not associated with an active Google Account, but it is. Can you help?

@TeamYouTube Thank you I’ve submitted the form and had an acknowledgement. What normally then happens is I get an email back to say the account has been recovered successfully but the Brand Account remains disabled. I’ll let you know the response this time.
