@Morrisons So after failing to deliver yesterday when it finally arrives half of it is missing?

and the best you can give us is a delivery some time between 8am and 6pm today. He sounded broken. Unfair on your staff and unfair on your customers. You could at least keep everyone informed, it would reduce stress on all sides

@Morrisons I know times are hard but your delivery system seems to be a shambles. At 11 pm a poor delivery guy in bits had to ring us to apologise that we wouldn’t get our order yesterday (3 hours after it was due) as head office wouldn’t call
