On a flight from @GLA_Airport to @STN_Airport today on board @easyJet flight and seen these amazing clouds, can anyone tell me what type of #clouds they are, and why they form like that?. @metoffice @weatherchannel

@easyJet790 Thanks, however, after an hour the plane load of passengers has its bags. The issue was the complete and utter lack of and poor communication from @STN_Airport i understand there are handling agents blah blah, however, not one person was present to support the passengers.

@STN_Airport @easyJet I contacted Sky Tanking, who said there was a delay without explanation, and hung up!. Great service as always from London Airports. There's no staff members present to provide some communication.

@STN_Airport The communication between airline and airport is very poor. Furthermore, the online help is hopeless and don't seem to care as seen in the image. I understand its airline as you state, surely there's comms between airline and airport??? #AlltheBest
