I just got off the phone with state representative @JoshWilliamsOH.
He has ensured me that he will be adding giving the middle finger to opposing fan bases to the “O.H.I.O. Sportsmanship Act" (House Bill 700)
Like flag planting, there is no room for this behavior in our state.

A player in Indiana spent thousands of dollars to help get himself recruited, just to commit to a local D3 school (that is a great fit for him btw) that probably comes to his school all the time. Some of these grown men need to stop lying to kids and parents.
