@SurreyRS Clearway site services van this morning nearly hit barrier in 50mph on A3 Guildford l, his speed fluctuating, I eventually pass him up the hill, I was 42 ton, beeped my horn as he was using his elbows to steer with phone in front of him... 2 min later I was subject to abuse
#VanguardRST officers were patrolling the A3 southbound towards Guildford on Saturday, where the driver of this heavy-duty vehicle was seen using a mobile phone while driving and veering towards the verge as a result.
Once stopped, checks carried out at the roadside revealed that the driver already had 6 active points on their licence.
Summons issued and traffic commissioner notified.

@Craigcanfield The moped was initially sighted and followed between JCT 2-1 south bound on the A1M. The vehicle was then followed on the Barnet Bypass where it remained in Lane 2 of 3 hindering progress to other road users. Shortly afterwards it was stopped in Borehamwood
RP13 - A1(M) South Mimms. Moped rider was seen 'hogging' the middle lane at 30mph on the motorway for over 3 miles, whilst holding a provisional licence... Nor had they passed Compulsory Basic Training to ride a motorbike, and we're not insured. Reported & seized. 410997 & 412989
