@mathewjdp Oilers will have to pay to move that contract not the other way around despite the retain. No sane team would take that albatross contract for 4 more years. If Oilers manage to trade him and get good pieces I will tip my hat to Bowman.

@GoldTeamBad Absolutely the pressure is on us. Avs don't beat the Kings 4-0 every single game = ohh wait til you play a team with superstars. Avs loses a game 1 = ohh they're overrated without Makar it's over. But you're right though pressure is on Avs. Am I nervous? Not yet.

We are huge underdogs. We aren’t expected to win. The pressure is not on us to win. It’s on Colorado. With that said, I bet Colorado fans are more nervous because they are expected to win.

Watching the Knights all season, I didn’t expect this team to make it this far. Here we are, nervous as fuck playing against the juggernaut that is the Colorado Avalanche in the Western Conference Final while everyone is rooting against us. This is the playoffs. Go Knights go!

@cfesler33 @Spilot23 @TheodoreTooth Low and behold, it shouldn't be a crime to replace players that are injured to make up for them not playing, that was the beauty of having someone who's gonna be out for a while on LTIR was to help improve the roster for that time. Injuries don't give a damn about the calendar.

If it comes down to him or Hutson, it’s Hutson literally every day of the week. Lidstrom is probably a good Slavin comp, but like, Bobby fuckin Orr is a good Hutson comp

People writing the Avs off already is actually hilarious. Vegas hasn't even come close to seeing what a fully locked in Avs team is capable of. And Colorado still controlled most of the play in game 1. Honestly a little adversity early in this series is a good thing

@spittinchiclets @BizNasty2point0 I thought Avs were the better team at some point they just couldn't get past Hart who was amazing. Vegas was very opportunistic and played great defensevely blocking alot of shots. We need to see that 3rd period Avs play like that when the puck drops not when they trail 3-0.
