@TicketmasterCS Still getting this error, despite using the right email that matches the email from the Coldplay store and my ticketmaster account. I have a presale code but can't even get to that stage..

@Sports_Tipster7 You can only join the queue if you have been invited by the band and they have sent you a unique code. The email you used to register for the presale must match your Ticketmaster account. Sign in with this email, and ensure your phone number is up to date.

@virginmedia It was the cancellations team on the number: 0800 183 1150. They wanted to review the sales call so couldn't resolve the issue at the time. The direct debit comes out tomorrow which includes the unwanted additional sim.

@virginmedia Firstly your call centre has pushed a new 12month sim contract on my 77 y/o grandma, which she doesn't require. You said the sales call would be reviewed and I'd get a call back at 18:30 tonight. I'm still waiting and have been on hold for over an hour.
