Casual players are generally more toxic than competitive players. They have a false sense of superiority for not playing within the meta game of competition which just saying out loud is insane but also love to take this weird moral high ground because they don't optimise.

I think competitive people in yugioh (online only players) can be toxic but in paper I've had more dogshit experiences against the guy on a rogues gallery decks that try and start shit if you play anything remotely viable.

@2dJazz @PRBalrog As bizarre as it sounds, I feel the better Street Fighter is doing,the worse it is for other games. SF5's rough state had people try everything (Tekken and Anime games especially) and I feel now that SF6 is doing so well, players aren't looking anywhere else, especially in JP.

@PRBalrog Ive felt this way the past year or so. Right now feels like SF6 (on the back of the jp community numbers) props everything up, but you aren't seeing that trickle down to everything else. makes me nervous about what it looks like when SF6 eventually does decline...

@drewlevin This might be a long shot but a friend lost access to their 5+ year old league account do to a hacked e-mail. It's just sitting untouched in our friends list, no log-ins, no bans. He gave up getting it back after being stuck in support ticket limbo. Is there anyway to help?
