I will say, I would've never gotten to where I was in SF4/MVC3/UMVC3/SFXT/KI/Injustice (maybe) if it weren't for the amount of labbing from the Top Puerto Rican scene back in the day.
Great players didn't get there alone; we had a whole community behind us.

I’ve always been a “strong” competitor, but I’ve never had the nature to be someone that was at the top, so I did what others didn’t: worked harder than they did. With that being said, this was how: How to ACTUALLY Lab in Fighting Games (A Thread)

Dark era of fighting games #2
Street Fighter 6 is holding the whole place.
Bigger scale than 3rd strike back then, but still the same conclusion.

@V_rbatim -4 move that low crushes and is virtually safe on block from the cast....

@TheNitten @riennezelda Will order one!
I wonder how different it feels from a hitbox perspective.
Looks cool!
Thanks!!!

@PRBalrog @riennezelda makes a cool analog leverless for plat fighters
English

@PRBalrog You currently have to look at community-built leverless controllers. @RectangleCorner has something in stock right now. rectanglecorner.com/products/ofof1…

These are very underwhelming, and things are unlikely to change much in the future either.
I guess Sagat now has two guns instead of one.
Fingers crossed for a new mechanic or something.

We plan to implement a few battle balance adjustments for Mai, Elena, and Sagat during the maintenance on December 16. Please see the “Battle Change List” below. streetfighter.com/6/buckler/batt…

@Margqulius @thegloryofphire That safe jump loses to armor.
Only j.jab or j.short safe jump works against armor reversal.
English

@thegloryofphire He might of been able to do armor. But its a safe jump so who knows.

@Nihilmatic @TeoMajstrovic13 I'm using the silicone for now, as I've been using a spring lever my whole life.
So far, the only problem is the sensitivity of the stick, which is a good thing IMO, but I'll need time to get used to it.
English

@ChaosBreaker_ This is my biggest problem.
In a game where you need to press your buttons as fast as possible, the travel time from button to button, even though it isn't much, affects me.
With 24mm, I don't have to move my hand 😅
English

@PRBalrog 30mm buttons are def too far apart after getting used to leverless, apart from thick jump or macro buttons
English

@TeoMajstrovic13 At first, stiff.
The biggest problem I had was that I accidentally got a lot of jumps. This is due to the lever being sensitive.
Takes like a day or so to get used to.
