it's very irritating when the coffee shop I'm trying to work at uses the same IP range for its wifi as we use for our docker dev environment. Suddenly all my access-container-by-IP things don't work.

@Crazy_See Signups are the KPI more so than active users, I guess. They probably assume you'll have a cookie and be automatically signed in.

A UX pattern I really hate these days is sites that put huge buttons and modals up for signing up, but then put the login link for those who have signed up in the fine print at the bottom or hidden in a corner with no decoration.
