This is cool and I don’t mean to imply there’s only one way to be properly creative in minecraft, but it always saddens me how these builds mostly make use of illegal block states..

@Gotenksyoung @Zombey Das ist Quatsch Minecraft Bedrock hatte schon Jahre lang vor Hytale Freundschaftslisten. Zudem hat Mojang schon vor einem Jahr gesagt, das sie das Multiplayer Erlebnis verbessern wollen.

Voll nice, dass die neuste Minecraft Version jetzt vanilla eine Freundesliste im Spiel hinzufügt!

@ererbeii Mojang weiß, dass die Java Community keinen Marketplace, wie es ihn in der Bedrock gibt, haben will. Soweit wir wissen, ist das Java Team bei solchen Entscheidungen größtenteils unabhängig von Microsoft. Es ist also eher unwahrscheinlich, dass es so etwas in Zukunft geben wird.

@Zombey solange kein in app store mit einer in app währung kommt ist mir alles an QoL willkommen.

@StrawLocks maby they allow Resourcepack/Shaderpack creator to use Colored Lighting or something like that but this is what they said about it so idk...

@StrawLocks afaik Colored Lighting in Bedrock is not Part of Vibrant Visuals its under "Experimental Creator Features" or something like that which you have to activate seperatly...

@realzwuwu They count the extended cloud range as a VV feature. I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that they'll also release shadows or fog or whatever separately when its ready

@CreateComm85145 They did say that they'll add things when they were ready, BUT that could also mean second thread stuff first, then vulkan, then VV, I don't think they'll segment shadows, lighting, etc. because it might leave people thinking like thats it

Vibrant Visuals would be super cool to see! Though if I had to guess it'll be something a bit more technical on the backend

@realzwuwu They won't do that. They said multiple times that they don't release VV in a big "Vibrant Visuals Update" or anything like that. They will add things as they are ready. For example, when they have shadows ready, they will release them even when lighting is not ready yet

@demonjoeTV suddenly shadowdropping VV on Java would be absolutely awesome 😭 keeping my expectations low tho!!

@lovefleki its just a Hotfix unless a mod interacted with the code that changed they should just work afaik
