GLP1 prices are lower because the manufacturers sell directly to patients without the PBMs in the middle If you want more proof, ask how much you would pay for a brand medication, including GLP1s, under YOUR insurance plan, while in your deductible phase You would be paying retail price , using your money, as tens of millions of patients have done for years. Yet those prices have not dropped. They have gone up.
