@HomeOfCricket 🏏 The clubs first ever all female side in our 161 year history. Last night they played their opening league game! Bowled brilliantly, fielded with heart, and batted out their overs with determination. Win or not, they showed true spirit and made us all so proud!

@ThatsSoVillage For the first time in living memory and probably the clubs 161 year history. Two girls played Senior cricket for the club (with their dads) and both played brilliantly.

Good luck to our player David Thompson whose going to pay a £ for every run he scores this season to @DiabetesUK And no he doesn’t bat at 11 he’s an opener!
