I think the whole story with the other Nancy missing was to throw everyone off so they could investigate without everybody showing up. They may have found Nancy Guthrie that’s why the story was so confusing with no last name. According to Nancy Grace someone is in custody

Okay, so listened again! Sounds like someone WAS arrested south of Tucson, Nancy is questioning if it is related to the case, but as per usual PCSD aren't saying anything which is causing the speculation. So could be related or could be another nothing burger. That's my understanding.
