In Marxist theory the workers couldn t own the means of production. Bue in reality, the Soviet Union created them. Russia was living in the middle ages with the Tzars. They've created an Industrial revolution with the Soviets. They couldn't stand with the globalization in the 90s, but you can't deny they were a global power.

I loved this tweet, and I read as many replies as I could, and all of the quote tweets hoping that I'd get the answer --- because there is a really good answer --- and I didn't find the answer, so I'll put it here.
Uri Kurlianchik@VerminusM
Why is it always "seize the means of production" and never "create the means of production"?
English

I loved Altas Shrugged, but I don’t think what she’s saying here is true. When a manufacturer wins a large enough market share and invests in scaling production, he can drive down the cost of his own product and make it less expensive and more profitable than his competitors. At a certain point it would become impossible to compete, right?

The Catholic Church does not teach salvation by works. It teaches salvation by grace, through faith, working in love. Straight out of Scripture, whether you like it or not.
I have yet to meet a single Catholic who thinks we can earn salvation by our own power, apart from God’s grace and faith in Christ.
And yet this claim only ever comes from Protestants.
Which means one of two things.
You are either ignorant of what the Church actually teaches, or you are willfully misrepresenting it.
Frank, atheists already call you a slop apologist. If this is how you engage Catholicism, don’t be surprised when that title spreads well beyond them.

Many people in the pews of the Catholic church think the way to heaven is through works. Why is that?

If it weren’t for the Crusades, we’d be living under Sharia law
That Catholic Guy 🇻🇦@Catholic_bro
the crusades were a response to 400 years of Islamic aggression

@GimpDave @DrShayPhD Oh, you mean that when Jesus was asked about how to be saved he was just talking shit?
English

@Crinchu @DrShayPhD How did the thief on the cross get into heaven? Apparently he did very bad deeds.
English

@moody64556609 @DrShayPhD yeap, you have to actually do such things to gain ethernal life. Do things, not just believe :)
English

@Crinchu @DrShayPhD All the significance of this comment lies in the last two words. Follow his commands, for instance: ‘and such’
