Trust me, I am no fan of Noem, Gabbard or Bondi, but I do find it notable that of the cabinet members Trump has fired or is reportedly considering firing, all three are women. How about Hegseth? Kennedy Jr. can't even find a CDC Director to match with his craziness. Patel is a laughing stock, and so on. Why aren't they being fired?

Surprised today to see so many hold these views of the World Cup and who 'deserves' a place at it and who doesn't. It's a global tournament that begins with qualification via your region, not an international Super League or something you get invited to via 'rankings'.

Clubs always talk about “player welfare,” but let’s not pretend there isn’t an element of control here. Arsenal know exactly what they’re doing: - Keep key players fresh - Avoid unnecessary international risk - Maximise performance in the title run-in Meanwhile, other clubs send players off, risk injuries, and deal with the consequences. It’s not technically breaking the rules that’s the frustrating part. They’re operating right on the edge of what’s allowed, using medical reports and “precaution” as a shield. You can’t really pin anything on them officially, but it definitely leaves a bad taste when it’s this many players at once.
