@redBus_in, It’s been almost 12 hrs since I raised a complaint- still no action. 1- Your bus never showed up at the designated pick-up point. 2- Your drunk driver, abused a woman for politely refusing his ‘command’ to travel 18 km to a new starting point. This is unacceptable.

@redBus_in When? 5 hrs after bus left? Who gave your drivers permission to abuse women? When such a serious traumatic offense is highlighted, how weirdly @redBus_in's response is only stalling! Or a 48-hour response time? If this isn't resolved ASAP, I'll be forced to take legal action.
