@cjchiu @AdamRodmanMD @adamcifu Aminophylline is sometimes used in the #PedsICU after maxing out steroids and beta agonists. There's definitely variability in practice and hard to know for sure if it works. Regardless, keep in mind the narrow therapeutic window but it seems safer than intubating these patients.

@AdamRodmanMD @adamcifu Might have to ping @CritPeds. I feel like I actually used theophylline in the PICU as a resident. (But it is possible that I'm misremembering.)
