@VT_OliviaMonroe Take a bath at a high temperature (not a shower). Slowly increase the temperature of the water as your heat tolerance rises until it is near burning. You might start sweating but you focus so much on the heat and sweating that it alleviates some of the emotions (at least for me.)

@NeruDrowned Boktai for the GBA is pretty odd. Hideo Kojima was involved in making it, but it’s a stealth game about a vampire hunter sneaking into castles, dragging their coffins out and using a solar gun to slay them. It had a solar panel in the cartridge, so you had to go outside to use it
