Balloon Striking w/various levels… basically fancy “Keepy Uppy” w/ a partner. Level 1- Hand Strike Level 2- Elbow Strike Level 3- Head Strike Level 4- Foot Strike Level 5- Crab Walk & strike w/hand or foot. Level 6- Toss and Catch -see video #PhysEd What other levels you got?

After Ss learn the Caterpillar Shuffle… see previous post… they learn to work together as an Iditarod Team. 💯 Ss engaged in this cooperative learning experience. Making ❤️’s happy! #PhysEd

@MrMetcalfPE I do an extracurricular program at school in winter that’s all juggling & circus arts… grades 3-5 - scarves, bean bags, rings, clubs - spinning plates - flowersticks (devil sticks) - diabolo - juggling blocks (cigar boxes) - stilts - Pedalo (balance wheels) - unicycles

@toe431 Grades 3 - 5 do the version shown in the video. K-2 do an alternate version… students jog instead of walking and are introduced to it differently. 😁
