Black bags of rubbish thrown into one of our roadside fields. Stephen came all the way from Cork to dump his rubbish in Kerry. Have his full address and his bank account. Illegal dumping is a scourge on the Irish countryside & faces a maximum fine of €4,000 if you are convicted
