@GordonGChang @Majid_Afshar @bbcpersian Don’t you think what Mr. Chang said doesn’t match reality? Actually, if you replace “Beijing” with “Washington,” “China” with “America,” and “Xi JP” with “Trump,” then everything makes perfect sense.

One of the “root causes” is China’s proliferation of nuclear weapons tech, materials, and equipment to Iran.
FU Cong 傅聪@ChinaAmbUN

China doesn't think the resolution is balanced. It doesn't even touch upon the root cause of the situation, but instead only accuses #Iran in a very unbalanced manner. In particular, the timing is very bad. We have all heard what the US President has said. Against this background, we think it is extremely dangerous for the Security Council to adopt a resolution like this.

@GordonGChang Supporting the rebuilding of the relevant supply chains in the United States comes at the cost of $200-300 billion in capital investment + $30 billion in annual Medicare spending + dollar operating premium + over 10 years of construction time + a 15%-30% increase in drug prices!

We need an emergency program to get China out of our pharmaceutical supply chains. There are about 800 medicines that China could deny Americans because it has a 100% monopoly over either KSMs—key starting materials—or APIs—advanced pharmaceutical ingredients. This is dangerous.
Congressman Nathaniel Moran@RepNateMoran

America relies on China for up to 90% of key drug ingredients—putting our supply and national security at risk. We must rebuild U.S. manufacturing, boost innovation, and confront this challenge head-on to keep lifesaving medicines made in America.

@GordonGChang You have slandered others by accusing them of war crimes. You have lost all sense of conscience! Don't you feel any shame? You are the ones who have invaded their homes, yet you refuse to allow them to defend their own homeland?

@CleansedTweets The best way to break down prejudice is to see it with your own eyes, rather than through the media (including both Western and Chinese).

When I first came to China, I wrongly assumed the police would constantly stop me to check my ID.I've never been stopped. Not once. My friends haven't either. The only real interaction I have with authority is at the airport. 9/10 times they're professional and friendly. But occasionally you get that one officer who inspects your passport like he's solving a murder mystery.
