Five days ago, I lost my 164-day streak on @askjuneai due to a website bug. While I was chatting with the AI, the page suddenly refreshed and reset my progress to Day 1. I attempted to fix this by logging out and back in, but the issue persists. When I tried reaching out to the team via Discord, I noticed that ticket creation was restricted for some users. An online friend recently suggested reaching out via DM instead. Imagine making a tweet advising my fellow Juners not to lose their streaks, only to lose mine that very same day: x.com/i/status/20380… I planned to reach out to the team yesterday, but while I was chatting with the AI, the site refreshed again and logged me out. Now, I am unable to log back in entirely, the login attempts simply won't go through. I asked a friend to try logging in from a different device, and he confirmed that he is also unable to access the site. It appears the platform is currently experiencing a major bug. I texted @SpeakStraight_ via X and discord dms and I got ignored... Almost 11 hours no response till I lost my 4 day streak again... I have the following questions for the team: ➥Why are certain users restricted from creating support tickets? ➥Why is @ SpeakStraight_ ignoring my DMs? His Discord profile shows he is active, and I am simply trying to lodge a legitimate complaint regarding the project. Make sure you’ve switched to the Utexo testnet/mainnet (as needed). 2️⃣ Fund your Tribe address - Copy the Tribe wallet’s Utexo receiving address and send BTC from any exchange or another wallet. The balance will appear after a few confirmations. 3️⃣ Create a new transaction - Tap “Send”, paste the recipient’s Utexo address (or scan the QR code), and enter the amount you want to send. 4️⃣ Set fees - Tribe shows three fee tiers (low, medium, high). Choose one based on how fast you need the payment to confirm. Higher fees faster confirmation. 5️⃣ Review details - Double‑check the address, amount, and fee. Remember that Bitcoin on Utexo follows the same UTXO model as Bitcoin, so the wallet will automatically select the optimal set of UTXOs for you. 6️⃣ Authorize the payment - Confirm with your PIN, biometric, or hardware key (if you’ve linked one). Tribe signs the transaction locally - your private key never leaves the device. 7️⃣ Broadcast - After signing, the wallet broadcasts the transaction to the Utexo network. You’ll see a “Pending” status with the transaction hash. 8️⃣ Confirmation - Once miners (or validators) include the tx in a block, the status changes to “Confirmed”.
