@KeruboSk My grandfather, Frank E Saunders Sr. Born 2/9/1886. WW I Vet. And many others during my youth. As I look back, they seemed very content with so little material possessions. He made it to 1969.

It's very simple why people don't care about the NFL draft being in Pittsburgh: the Steelers are uninteresting and have a boring spot in the first round, the #1 overall pick won't be there, and it'll create a congestion/crowd nightmare downtown. It's a made-for-TV event, anyway.
