During the 1960s, Lincoln was surrounded by 12 underground Atlas F missile silos. Nicknamed The Ring of Fire. These silos were deep enough to withstand a nuclear blast and housed missiles ready to launch within minutes. Most are now privately owned or filled with water.

What I took away from this was the eye contact he gave his coach and ended his butt chewing with “yes sir”. Somebody raised him right

Utilizing a “Spin Seal” is a great way to counter an aggressive defender. This footwork is seen all over the floor.

The HS Transition Offense Powering the Pacers Want more layups and open 3s without adding 20 new sets? Every coach says they want to play fast. . . but few do it well. The best shots in basketball are in transition. No matter what level you’re talking about, teams always score more in transition. Need proof? At the NBA level, teams score about .94 points per possession in the half court. In transition, they score 1.24 points per possession! This video breaks down Coach Rob Brost’s “Get Comfortable Playing at an Uncomfortable Pace” system—then shows how the 2024–25 Indiana Pacers applied the same rules on their improbable Finals run. You’ll see the teaching points, then game clips that make it real.
