@MarkRober Sitting here with a super disappointed 8 year old, two of my crunch labs boxes have shown up damaged and with the contents missing! Contacted Help@crunchlabs.com and called them, but resolution was not good! Can’t we ship with better tape? Small sticker over the edge of the box not a good idea!

@crunchlabs @MarkRober my kid is walking around the house saying "my Crunch Lab is never going to come" This after two consecutive shipments have been "shipped" but sit awaiting for carrier to receive item. I spent over $300 on an annual subscription in December and have received 2 boxes so far. Customer service take days to respond, if ever. Love your videos and product, but this is not a great experience.

Super disappointed my sons @crunchlabs box just doesn't work, and looking at reviews were not the only ones. Son was so into Mark Rober and the poor kid feels scammed right now (which was its own solid lesson). Mark hook it up ill play Mario for you for a replacement?
