I’m sure most people won’t be surprised by this Bitcoin ETF delay. The latest the SEC can delay existing ETF applications (including BlackRock) is March 2024. If the SEC doesn’t approve of them by then, expect multiple lawsuits against them. Also expect the SEC to lose if it comes to that. Generally speaking, our judicial system here in the United States actually works. I’m very optimistic. A spot Bitcoin ETF is inevitable.

Some days you’re locked in. Some days you stare at the same thing and think,
"Is any of this even gonna matter?"
That’s the part people don’t see.
The doubt.
The second guessing...
The quiet moments where building something starts feeling stupid because the results haven’t caught up to the work yet.
But that’s usually where people quit.
Right before it starts becoming real.
So yeah, I’m gonna keep building. Even on the days my own brain tries to talk me out of it.

@Andrewgreat01 @GigglingGanon Uber policies aside most states let you lawfully defend yourself if you believe the treat to your life credible and they have to ability to carry it out. However the level of defensive action must match or not exceed the threat level. i.e. If you get pushed you can't shoot.

I feel terrible for some of these Uber drivers. This is why you can't get an Uber in hood. You get people that act like this and put this Uber driver though all this stress and drama.
Credit to this Uber driver for not backing down. No surprise that immediately the threat of harm or car jacking comes into play. But the Uber driver was sharp enough to remind him that all of his personal information has already been shared with Uber when he opened his account. Getting that info to the police would be a snap.
Sure mad the thug think twice about doing anything.
