Occasionally, I get asked how I can be so patient & calm with my market moves. It's simple & many of you won't like it - I don't care about crypto. Removing emotion from trading is the only way to become a consistently-profitable trader. Markets have no room for love.

@ovidiu_marc FOREX (2012-2014) but found stocks & crypto (2014+) to be easier market reads. I execute a lot of scalps & swings & used to post them. Problem was people would confuse my scalps/alerts with my bigger picture market structure. Was tiresome. So now I just post big picture swings.

#ProjectUnreasonable update Weight is down to 208 244>208 18 lbs to go, 6 months out. Goal is to get to 190 - 192 over the next 8-10 weeks and go to maintenance for my 4 month marathon specific block. It’ll be a trip to from 2200 calories a day to 4000 as mileage ramps.

@SBTraderPants 100%, this. You nailed it perfectly. I don't care if BTC is 100k or $100; I go after % moves. I understand that so many are married to BTC, but those people shouldn't try trading. It's like being in love with a crazy woman, you'll just go crazy too.

@DeanTTraining 100% accurate. Those that don't believe it are deluding themselves. It's even easier now that our foods are just packed with high calorie ingredients. A person can consume massive amount of calories in very little volume.

I said a few weeks back plenty of people could consume a whole pizza and two double chocolate chunk cookies from Costco (5,760 calories total) People in the replies were in disbelief Many suggesting it isn’t something that happens regularly or can even be done Having helped hundreds of people with their diet/nutrition over the last 8 years, I can assure you: There are plenty of Men that CAN and DO put back 4000, 5000, 6000+ calories of hyper-palatable foods in a single day if not a single sitting REGULARLY

@onemiliondolars Massive volume accumulating into a move past the very nasty 85-95k resistance 59-55k is coming. It's not a negative thing. Price will eventually get bullish again and go 250k-1 mil over the next several years. But, for now, you'll get a chance to buy more, cheaper.

I know so many of your favorite "crypto influencers" are so excited about 80k btc. That's what they do; get you overly emotional & pile in w/the buys Meanwhile, I stay calm & patient. That's the only way to be profitable. Block out the "bullish, too early" noise & stay focused

I’m on vacation with my parents. Me and my dad went for a 9km run through the woods this morning… nothing crazy, but it meant everything. He’s my best friend. Without him and my mom, I wouldn’t be here. For the first time in over 15 years, I’m living a real life and I’m actually happy. Two years ago, it looked very different. I was homeless, depressed, shooting cocktails every day. I stole from innocent people just to survive and feed my addiction. I watched friends die… and deep down I knew I’d be next if I didn’t stop. That’s what finally broke me. Today I’m still here. Grateful for this second chance. Change is possible. We do recover.
