I’m quitting web 3

This is what I was constantly saying to myself last year as I slowly approached my crash out in the beginning of this year.
So much so, I wrote this post last year as my last ditch effort to stay positive in an otherwise dark state of mind.
I’m so grateful to say that I did in fact, not quit web 3 and I simply stepped back before doubling down on a more sustainable note.
I more than found my missing paragraph;
I started writing that new book, AND I’m absolutely THRIVING on the inspiration as I keep writing the proverbial book.
Keep the energy that you wish to see in not just others, but in yourself. Otherwise, don’t expect change if you refuse to do the work yourself.
And to that, I say in 2026:
I hope we all finish our most recent book
I hope we all enjoy the start of our new one
I hope we all find our missing paragraph
And more importantly, I hope you all enjoy the journey as much as I do.
Cheers to a new year and cheers to creating a better life for ourselves 🥂

I actually hate setting goals for the year ahead, nothing against it. Just not my vibe as much as it used to be. The other day, as I was talking to my wife about that, I realized something. I’m about to turn 35, and while it’s not a huge milestone, there’s just something about it that feels different. In the best way I can put it, I see the lifetime we live as a series of books that we write. Every book we write and “close” before moving on to the next one is a new arc, a new beginning, if you will. Personally, I feel like I’ve written most of the recent book ready to close BUT there’s something amiss. It feels like somewhere along the way, I skipped writing a paragraph somewhere, and I can sense it but I don’t quite know what it is or why it’s missing. Every word feels like a mission, a task, whether small or big, it goes towards that missing paragraph, to make the book feel whole again before moving on. It’s an amazing, yet mysterious feeling. So to that, I say in 2025: I hope we all finish your most recent book I hope we all enjoy the start of your new one I hope we all find your missing paragraph And more importantly, I hope you all enjoy the journey as much as I do. Much love to you all, especially the ones that read this far, I appreciate you more than you know. Let’s have a great year 🥂

Sorry I've been missing....been sick. But we are back with another givvy on @beezie this one is to celebrate my anniversary! Year 9 has come a lot quicker than i would've thought possible, but I wouldn't be where I am without my wife. She has carried me through lots of hard times.

Today was a big day of self reflection for me. Completely unexpected, in the best way possible.
The beginning of this year started with a crash out and burn behind the scenes, with almost NO HOPE of doing anything in web 3, I *silently* left to focus on myself again.
I had plans of deactivating my X account, polishing off my web 2 connections and resume to get in the trenches of applying for work, and swallowing my pride to just accept defeat.
3 months of working out, a little planning and a determination to give it literally one last try, I was *barely* back.
I literally could not sleep unless I knew I absolutely tried everything. Not just for the sake of myself, but my family.
Internal resentment towards one self is more dangerous than most realize.
Now here we are 9 months later, posting whatever tf I want, engagement be damned and working with Magic Eden who quite LITERALLY re-ignited my creative spark and the web 3 future is bright.
To all of you, thank you for being here, because without you, it wouldn't be worth it.
Stay positive and keep trying because even when you're on your last leg, there just might be something around the corner ready to set you up for the best part of your life.
We keep it moving 🔥👊
