@Incogneato76 @IvankaNews_ Not racist but definitely classist. It was used to suppress the BIPOC voting for years. Most indigenous people for example have tribal ID’s which most places outside of tribal lands view as not legitimate.

@IvankaNews_ Anyone claiming that requiring a voter ID is racist IS a RACIST who believes people of color are not smart enough or capable of obtaining or using an ID showing citizenship even though they have to show one almost every day for normal transactions.

@4freespeech1787 @IvankaNews_ It’s because the voter ID laws were used to suppress BIPOC and other marginalized groups and the poor from voting. It’s why it is illegal in all 50 states.
