January and February I hit a dry patch. For around 6 weeks I was out of touch with the market - bad reads, poor execution, etc. Took some time off second part of Feb - spent time with the family, disconnected as much as I could. Came back end of Feb, traded an account with peanuts for a few days to get a grasp of the market. Fast forward to March, fresh head, back to basics and results are showing up. Morale of the story; we all hit dry patches (I think) - doubling down on them is unlikely to revert them, sometimes disconnecting and rethinking the approach is all we need. GM
